TheraPro was created from a powerful realization: while digital health transformed many areas of care, therapy clinics were still losing patients between visits. Clinics were left relying on fragmented tools that made it harder to reduce no-shows, improve follow-through, and see where patients were falling off track.
Inspired by this gap, our founder Dr. Icelyn Butler set out to make a difference. Drawing on her experience in healthcare and technology, she envisioned more than just another app: a branded patient engagement platform built around the hybrid care needs of modern therapy practices.
Today, we’re proud to support clinics nationwide, helping them keep patients engaged, recover missed-visit revenue, and deliver better outcomes beyond the clinic. TheraPro continues to fulfill Dr. Butler’s mission: bridging care and technology to strengthen therapy for both patients and providers.

- No servers sitting idleOur apps and databases scale with use instead of running around the clock. Our web apps are built once and served as ready-made files, so pages aren’t rebuilt for every visit.
- Paperless careIntake forms, clinician forms, Home programs and patient records are all digital, so clinics and patients print less and patients carry their program on their phone.
Amazon matches its electricity with renewable energy through its own solar and wind projects, the local grid’s renewable share and renewable energy certificates.
